Displaying the Printer Properties dialog box

To set options or user authentication, open the Accessories tab or Advanced Options tab.
This section explains how to open those tabs.

1. In the Devices and Printers window, open the printer properties dialog box.

2. Click the Others tab.

3. Click Printer Properties to open the Printer Properties dialog box.

4. Set the Accessories tab or Advanced Options tab.
